Alessandro Camilleri is Group Human Resources and Organization Director at Hera, where he leads the company’s people, organization, and talent strategy. He brings more than two decades of international experience across HR, organizational development, and business transformation.

After starting his career at Martini & Rossi, he joined the Fiat Group, where he participated in an international leadership development program, holding roles at CNH headquarters in Chicago and Iveco France in Paris.
